HMM Electrical Services are looking to expand their already successful business with a full-time Electrician.

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Installation of new electrical appliances and maintenance of existing ones, including any additions or alterations.
• Working under Health & Safety guidelines
• Maintenance of lighting systems including emergency lighting
• Electrical Maintenance of offices
• Fault finding
• A good understanding of testing electrical installations and completing the required test certificates ready for QS checks 
• A basic knowledge of heating systems and how they operate 

18th Electrical Edition Qualification is essential.

Electrical Experience: 3 years (preferred).

A full UK driving license is required due to our location and various site locations.

Job role includes:

• • Installing Boilers and Central Heating Systems
  • Boiler Breakdowns (Diagnosing and Repairing)
  • Combi Swaps and System Upgrades
  • Gas Safety Checks
  • Boiler Servicing
  • Repairing Leaks
  • Bathroom/Kitchen works
  • Other plumbing works

Must hold all necessary qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

A full UK driving license is required due to our location and various site locations
Able to work on

your own initiative and as part of a team
