We have been using the services of HMM, since a recommendation when our own plumber was unavailable when our office had an emergency issue over Christmas many years ago.  Since then we have used their services whenever needed for plumbing, heating and electrical issues. I would just like to thank you for sending the 2 engineers yesterday to carry out the initial investigation. They approached the task in a methodical manner and eventually got to understand a quite unusual system. They worked well to eliminate areas and collected materials which eventually assisted with the overall outcome. They were able to get the lower restaurant operating on a temporary basis until you are able to quote and get the system fully recommissioned and operational. If you could thank the 2 engineers who are a credit to your company and send any additional quotes through once you have discussed with the team.
