Isolating, draining, and removing the two Strebel oil-fired boilers currently in use.
Installation of New Ideal Harrier Boilers:
Suppling and installing two new Ideal Harrier boilers for enhanced efficiency.
Riello Oil Fired Burners:
Supplying and installation two Riello oil-fired burners, complementing the Ideal Harrier boilers.
Installation of Indirect Unvented Hot Water Cylinder:
Suppling and installation of a 300-litre indirect unvented hot water cylinder with twin immersion heaters for efficient hot water provision.
New Pump Sets:
Suppling and installation of three new pump sets, including one for the main heating system, one for the hot water primary circuit, and one for the hot water secondary circuit.
Pressurisation Unit and Expansion Vessel:
Suppling and installation a new wall-hung pressurisation unit to feed the heating system, complete with a 100-litre expansion vessel.
Pipework and Flue System Alterations:
- Carrying out alterations to the heating, hot water, and oil pipework to seamlessly integrate the new boilers and primary heat exchanger (PHE).
- Alterations to the existing flue system to accommodate the new boilers.
Electrical and Control System Adjustments:
Adjusting the electrics and controls to align with the new installation.
System Filling and Venting:
Filling up systems and vent thoroughly to eliminate air.
Testing and Commissioning:
Rigorously test and commission all works to ensure proper functionality.
